Virtual Booty Workout – 30 minutes

Join me for a 30-minute workout focusing on exercises that target your butt. Strong glutes don’t only look good in jeans but can aid lower back issues.

You don’t need any equipment unless you want to make the exercises more intense. In that case you can use your favorite exercise bands.

All levels are welcome.
