Virtual Foam Rolling

Foam rolling helps to let go of muscle tension. By releasing knots from the tissues, stretching becomes more effective, too.

If you’ve never foam rolled before, it feels like you are getting a full-body pressure point massage, only you do it to yourself. It might take a bit more effort, but it is way cheaper and you will feel just as good after.

The class is 40-minute long.

Wear comfy clothes, have an exercise mat and a foam roller.
